Shipping & Delivery

We ship all orders via FedEx 2Day. Orders placed, paid, and processed before 12:00 PM PST typically ship the same business day. Orders placed, paid, and processed after 12:00 PM PST, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. This email will be sent to the address provided at checkout. Please be sure to check your inbox, including spam or promotions folders, if you don’t see it right away.

How to Check Your Order Status

Returning Goods

Due to regulations governing the sale of our products, all sales are final and returns are not permitted. However, if your order is shipped incorrectly or you receive items that do not match what you ordered, please contact us promptly by email. Upon verification of the issue, we will arrange a replacement of your original order to ensure you receive the correct products.

Chargebacks

Filing an unwarranted chargeback or payment dispute violates our policy and is considered a breach of our Terms of Service. In these situations, we will submit comprehensive documentation—including order confirmations, proof of delivery, product details, and this policy—to contest the claim.
